2003 BDFL

Genuine Draft

  Who will be the goat and who will get to gloat? These and many mysteries will be solved when the BDFL convenes for the annual ritual known as the BDFL Genuine Draft. 

 The date is set for the ninth annual BDFL Genuine Draft. The draft will be held on Saturday, August 30th following the Bama vs. USF game around 6:30pm.

 The draft will follow the original BDFL draft format will all the teams  and players thrown back in the pool. The teams will draw for the first round order and will reverse the order in alternating rounds.

  The draft will be held once again at the 2002 BDFL Champions (The Mayors) home in Old Weatherly up high on the hill. Start preparing and make your plans now to be there. This is where the champions are made.

Mayors look to repeat using last year's patented "rookie" draft strategy

GREEN SPRINGS - The Mayors will once again host the annual BDFL Genuine Draft in hopes of  duplicating last year's championship success. Not being fully informed, the "less is more" theory worked out perfectly for the Mayors as they stocked piled talent for the future. Little did they know that the future in the BDFL is now.
