Big Daddy Championship Series (BDCS) playoff picture coming into focus

FOXBORO - The BDCS is becoming more in focus with each passing week as the season moves closer to Week 14 when eight teams will qualify for the run at the Big Daddy Bowl. Here's how the media experts see it thus far...

> IN: PowerSleds, Bullets, Gamblers, Sloth Monsters and Wizards.

> OUT: Mayors, Grenades, Wooden Warriors and Wildcats.

> ON THE BUBBLE: Woosiers, Juggernauts, Dogs, Bootleggers, Blades, Fighting Slovaks and Cheetahs.

The Bullet Rule will apply meaning a 7-7 or greater record is required to make the playoffs.

THE BIG STORY

Sleds slaughter Mayors in a battle for Jefferson County supremacy

FAIRFIELD - In a hotly contested political week, the Fairfield PowerSleds gained control of power on the Jefferson County Commission board. In a vote of 38-12 Larryland and his "I have a vision" left wing liberal coalition of West Jefferson Yes Men trounced Tricky Dick and his band of red tape, pork barrel, on-the-take Cronies in a battle of who can blow the most hot air. Larryland always wins these battles with his endless rhetoric. The Sleds are making a strong case as the team to beat for the BDFL championship.
